Our Unique Approach To In-Home Senior Care: Interactive CaregivingÂ
See how our style of care can help seniors live a healthy and happy life in the place they love the most
Ensuring your senior loved ones in Rochester, NY, receives the best care possible can be difficult. Not all companies that offer senior in-home care provide the same quality of service. While most offer the same basic homemaking and personal care options for the clients, this does not mean they do so with the same high level of "care" provided by the Comfort Keepers caregivers. We have developed a customized form of senior care we call Interactive Caregivingâ„¢.
Interactive Caregivingâ„¢ means going beyond using caregivers who come in to do their job, skip the pleasantries, and move on to their next client. This type of senior in-home care does little more than help clients keep their homes and themselves clean and fed. If having someone come into your loved one's home, clean up, make your loved one a meal, bathe them, and leave doesn't sound like the best of care, you are not alone. This was one of the driving forces behind developing our Interactive Caregivingâ„¢ program.
Putting the Care Back in Caregiving
It is scientifically proven that the more mentally and physically active seniors are, the healthier they are likely to be and the longer they should live. With this in mind, Interactive Caregiving™ was designed to provide the most personalized care possible. Our caregivers are happy to have your loved one help them out to the best of their ability with some of the lighter chores, making the meals, or just keeping them engaged in meaningful conversation. The goal is to keep your loved one's mind active and, at the same time, keep them as physically active as they can and, in doing so, help with their physical and mental health.
